2007-01-16 - 2:24 p.m. Good Golly Ms. Casey So like my daughter has now turned 10 and mentally my mind is not comprehending this. In one big I can't believe I said yes to this moment, she was allowed to have a slumber party last Friday celbrating this event. I feel I have somehow been though some new mom's rite of passage with this one. Rookie mistake #1 Said by I "You guys can stay up as late as you's like." To address these issues for any moms who have not done this.... #1 They can and WILL stay up all night (While I woke up at 3am at the computer desk with drool dried on my cheek) #2 They WILL eat all night and have stomach aches because of it #3 You WILL run of of printer paper #4 They WILL feed the dog until he vomits...and then start again The good news: No one's training bra got frozen. I ended with about the same amount of Toilet Paper that I started with. And Casey had the time of her life...so it was all worth while. Oh and we ALL had a blast with the X-Box Music Mixer. It let's you drown out lyrics and Karyoke to any CD's you have. Do I even need to say I heard High School Musical, Hannah Montana, and Disney Mania tunes all night long. And We had a nice family birthday dinner last night, only about 20 of us:
Low point: Last week was so busy had very little time for workouts...yes this is a downer to me. High Point: Mr. Wonderful's shift is going to change. The weekend shift no longer. I am excited because now we can go to church together.
